If you have kids please don't start hacking away at their genitals because an old man in a robe told you too. Let them decide when they are older. If you find this offensive then check your bias and assumptions. What's wrong is wrong doesn't matter if "everyone is doing it".

Don't assume your parent wants what's best for you. And if your mom does, don't assume she knows whats best for you.

I’m personally circumcised and it doesn’t even bother me. Maybe there are also benefits to it. Seems to be less likely that I’ll get an infection in that area since it’s easier to clean?

I was also circumcised at 18.
I lost like 30% sensitivity/intensity.

It's not so bad, either way, or even better or worse, for that matter, so don't feel cheated~ there are more important things in life.

It's part cultural preference, part preventative (less maintenance) sanitization influenced during a rtelatively bygone era, where developed urbane regions were fewer and further between.

I have no preference, personally. Vive la différence❤︎
