1. Visualization

2. Meditation

3. 30 minutes daily writing career ideas on a whiteboard

4. Audiobooks/books

5. Affirmations

6. One Toastmasters speech a month

7. Host one new Meetup event a week

8. Personal development seminar 2-3 times yearly

9. To do list daily

10. One new personal development podcast weekly

@Joshuar I'm curious. Can you describe what it is you intend to do once you are 'life coaching' someone? This might help with folks adding practices to your list.

@Nahm I'm not sure about that yet, I'm still developing what my niche will be and coming up with ideas. I'de like to do one on one coaching, podcast, and/or develop a program.
