My Way of doing What is Actual Meditation

Inspired on the Video "What is Actuality" or going beyond concept and Imagination I discovered my own way of practice while I was super High on Mescaline. 

I got this Cat Skull and the same way Leo say in the video using a pen I keep looking to it, rolling in my hands, noticing all the conceptual baggage, science, projection and more that I keep adding to what is Actual in my hands. Is amazing. And truly, you can do with anything your hands can grab. The ideia is to enjoy the practice. Is my daily practice since then. Below is the picture of the Actual Skull. Notice I still belive it is a Cat skull I hold in my hands. But lets see how far or how close I can get.

what's mescaline like?

@Francis777  Is not so visual, at least for me. It makes everything Ultra HD and is stable. I mean, It last for hours. Depending of the concentration rate of the brew, very green liquid, the effects can have a durarion of The whole day, if you drink 3 shot glasses. Also is very subtle. If you drink and go talk and and socialize you will think that the effects are little, but as soom as you so solo to nature and concentrate and focus on Actuality you realise you are more High than you had imagined. With this medicine I have always the realization of how chit-chat and trivial talk distracts me from my Work. 

But overwall is a great substance to work during the day,and the more water you drink more it flows and intensify since is a cactus. And you also can eat some fruits after the effects stablise. Actually is good yo drink water with minerals when you drink Mescaline because you can pee a lot and lost salts. So to avoid getting headacke and tiredness hidrate yourself. 

Good to have sex to with this one since you will have a lot of Yang energy and stamina, is a cactus, a solar plant and support kidney energy ( Jing) 

Good if you and her are both under effect. 

Well there is more but is nice to study the plant yourself and see what it can teach you.
