There is meditation/contemplation. And then there is thinking about meditation/contemplation.

Meditation/contemplation can't really be explained as it is beyond of what it's being described as.

While the second is merely descriptions that is open for interpretation and judgment. (more mind stuff)

The world or thoughts is full of dubble-binds, but you can only pay attention to one thing at the time.

Enjoy your own version of spirituality. If something doesn’t resonate for you, push it to the side. You are all you need.

You really shouldn't be dabbling in spirituality until you go through the proper developmental cycles. Spirituality deals with paradox and the transrational. Until you master rationality you are not gonna understand the transrational. Transrational, non-linear thinking, is based on a proper understanding of 1=2. Reality is One with the illusion of duality. So master understanding rationality first. Practice analysis and critical thinking and after you get through all that then you can start dabbling with paradoxes.

It seems to be a feature and not a bug that out of the perspective of the ego the Absolute seems terrible and terrifying. If that wasn't the case, we probably would all be enlightened by now.
