How does it compare to PCE, PCP, DCK, etc..?

Apparently, it's a pretty strict NMDA receptor antagonist.
PCP, PCE etc. have stronger third-party effects, such as agonism of opioid receptors.
DXM is a Sigma receptor agonist, and is more psychedelic.
Etc.

The effect also depends a lot on the isomer, esketamine has a different pharmacology from erketamine.

The reason they started using ketamine instead of pcp as a surgical anaesthetic is because pcp can cause psychosis, ketamine not so. Or at the very least, it is many times less likely to.
