The mind is not an obstacle, the identification with the mind is.

As soon as that’s dissolved enough you can go into a state of no mind at any time with no effort.

I guess so. The thing is not no mind, is the amplitude that occurs, the reality that manifests. It's kind of addictive, once you try it, that's what you want.

You're not being sufficiently honest. Be clear about your experience. What are hate and judgement? Self-concerns might not relate to what's true. Honesty serves the truth, and what's true is independent from self. Whether it is painful or not has to do with your relationship to the truth, not it itself.

Communication is getting across your experience and experiencing someone's else's exactly as it is for them. Intending to elicit a reaction in another is a manipulation, not honesty.

Caution is caution. It requires perceiving the current event and responding appropriately. This doesn't mean lying nor withdrawing. Caution and honesty aren't mutually exclusive. You don't tell a stranger his face is ugly as you walk past him on the street because you see it is out of place, and this isn't lying.

I was with a friend and they said something similar in nature about a group of people that we passed by to me.

It honestly made my heart sink. I wish I said something about it in that moment, but I was too afraid.

I also need to watch my own biases, though. I, too, judge peoples’ appearances still.

I’m noticing a circularity here….. it’s as if I was meta observing my own judgement through the lens of my friend. Because prior to this, I actually was judging them prior to them saying it.

I’m constantly judging myself in different ways!

There is total existence, that isn't complex,  nor simple, is just unlimited, not true,not lie. and the cosmos exists, and its complexity is of unimaginable proportions. but people feel good about religions, their truth, their love, and their beautiful stories so that children sleep well.

Yes man, the chord of finishing my patience. I'm trying to have conversations with real, authentic people, but I only find people obsessed with appearing smart. My conclusion is: it's impossible to have a communication with you, your only intention is to stand out. It's desperating
