And he’s completely correct. It’s not that he’s hilarious, it’s more so hilarious that people can’t wrap their mind around this. It’s completely obvious. Yet it took me a good 35 years or so to realise too?. It’s one of the things of many that can make you feel that you’ve been so stupid your whole life, but also equally as clever, for making it all seem so real

Realizing that memory is a function of the mind is not going to automatically get you out of your mind. since the one who realizes this is the mind, so everything remains in the mind. To get out of the mind, something that the guy in the video has not done and I would say that almost no one in this forum has either, you have to do an action of courage, you have to let go of all the mental grips and be now without any handle, in the total void, where only you exist in total silence, and once here, also release the you. open the now.
