Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb which can help with anxiety/stress. Google it's properties, functions, uses, side effects and who is suitable for this amazing herb. Tincture form is best as it goes almost immediately into the bloodstream.

Astragalus is great for boosting the immune system amongst other amazing benefits.

I remember once a long time ago, I bought a Wheatgrass Juicer and started juicing WheatGrass. I remember getting flu-like symptoms not too long after and just thought my body was cleansing itself and was just in shock. Maybe this is true.

Organic brown eggs are very nutritious. Might not want to exceed 4 a day though. Ensure you’re getting at least 125g carbs a day as not doing so could cause thyroid problems. Keto shouldn’t be done long-term if at all.
