Its very simple, purify your vessel is just that, fasting, eating mostly organic fruit and fresh living foods, cleansing the system long term, taking purifying herbs, following nature and natural therapies, exercise, grounding, sunshine, sweating, cold-therapies, plant medicines, purging

So basically a healthy lifestyle practised by thousands of westerners with a few extra bits and bobs. . Nothing ground-breaking there

You felt terrible because its called DE-TOX

Its always detox with you people isnt it :D Everything is detox and if youre not detoxing your swimming in your own soup of acids and mucous...something like that?

When done successfully, this changes the entire DNA from carbon to silicate-matrix 5th strand DNA activation or 5D body. Since then I have been able to do things I couldn't do before and harness elemental powers and abilities I only could access as a young child, and although I have drifted much from such a pure path and got mixed up with other things, and may not be the best example now. This is in a nutshell how to start to purify your vessel and return to human-nature / order.

Would you care to show us some of those "elemental powers ". As an ex gamer I'm imagining fire bolts, throwing ice spears, invoking thunderstorms  that cant be it :)

Unlike these petty comments, I know exactly what I am talking about.

God, the arrogance of your statements tho,  disgusting. No wonder everybody challenges you. You make it sound personal, like a slap with a wet towel. Each comment more patronising than the one before.

Hey now don't give him credit for MY sophistry ;)

Anti PUFA stance is almost uniquely Jason & I.

Schizo is adjacent to us in the sense that he eats whole foods with animal fats but he's too chad for nerdy mechanisms.

Sad to see him slurping the canola juice though... oh dear

At least we all agree on whole foods.

Stop lying! You're a tofu eating , soy sauce slurping, yukata-wearing samurai apprentice now :D

In all seriousness, from what I remember about Japan, you don't have to worry much about fruits and veggies since they are either riddiculous overpriced or non existent. Is that still so? I still remember the 5000 Yen grape box.

Btw regarding the rapeseed oil and mechanical extraction. How else did people thousands of years do it?

This is Wikipedia:

The name for rapeseed comes from the Latin word rapum meaning turnip. Turnip, rutabaga (swede), cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and mustard are related to rapeseed. Rapeseed belongs to the genus Brassica. Brassica oilseed varieties are some of the oldest plants cultivated, with documentation of its use tracing back to India from 4,000 years ago, and use in China and Japan 2,000 years ago

I couldn't access their main citation paper as it sits behind a pay wall although one of its chapters is specifically on the history of rapeseed oil extraction.

I'm pretty sure you can do it without bleach and chemicals. That's likely to be the effect of commercialisation but I even recall, Slovakia, where I am originally from, people would be making their own sunflower and rapeseed oil at home. I have no idea how and it probably included an ox-pulled grind stone in this basin full of the extracted seeds and the stone was sort of rolling over it over and over? Similarly to how olive oil would have been extracted during times of roman empire I assume. Tho I imagine it being lot of work to collect all that and then somehow extract the oil.

Romans were also for example known to use flaxseed oil to oil up their catapults and protect wood materials against rain and elements, I recall reading that in one of the books about Julius Caesars's conquest of the Gaul. So they probably knew it all back then but we've stopped doing it because it is lot of work, messy and frankly easier to use industrial methods.

I do agree that use of chemicals is probably problematic tho but I think you can totally buy cold pressed oils and they would be legit and probably a fairly healthy thing for you given its incredible content of antioxidants such as vitamin E.

Yeah my wording wasn't careful enough. I wasn't doubting the mechanical extraction process, but rather the safety profile of consuming unrefined rapeseed - since nobody would eat the actual rapeseed plant raw, at least to my knowledge.

ChatGPT helped me clarify my understanding on this. It seems that selective breeding has rendered the canola plant functionally "safe" for consumption, though taken with a grain of salt of course.

I appreciate your thoughtful breakdown, and I'm glad we can agree on cold-pressed superiority.

Vitamin E is pretty goated, it's a shame to obliterate it through excessive heating.

Fruits tend to be a luxury here, but various greens, root vegetables, seaweed, beans and soy-based foods are standard. Big plant based culture here. Yeah those grapes are no joke lol...

There is a popular cake with black bean filling. it's everywhere in Japan, surprisingly nice snack. I think they come in all sorts of flavors. I don't know what its called but it's a huge thing over there.

But that's the only thing i saw beans in.

The only « vegan rawfoodist » i know who looks good is Markus Rothkranz and he is high in proteins and fats.

I have already told you in the past, there are many other examples: Lou Corona, Annette Larkins, John Rose, Kev Ramon, Scott Burnhard, Ted Carr, Bryan Mirabella, Eli Martyr, Shane Sterling, Storm Telifero, Mimi Kirk and many others, and mind you some of these people are 70 - 80+ years old and don't look a day over 40... I know your carni-stubborn-brain is mostly focused on (muscles) and only sees a muscular person as a healthy person.

Here is another of many example of a muscular raw vegan. Tedd Car, Bryan Mirabella, Scott Burnhard to name a few more.

Canola oil and Oleinc/mufa rich sunflower oil is basically like olive oil.

Its was called rapeseed oil, why did they change the name? Now they changing it back to rapeseed cause people are avoiding it. I almost died few times from canola oil, especially if your body is not used to it, it literally rapes you, its designed for machines and industrial uses. @NewKidOnTheBlock Schizophonia) @Michael569 I am not going to bother nor have the time with your levels of brainwashing and denial. I have provided all the proof and evidence multiple times in multiple topics throughout many of my accounts over the last 5 years. You will never see past your indoctrination program and remain in denial of truth until you have an awakening from the delusions you are in.

You people won't see the truth of the matter even if its right in front of you, as i have laid out many times on these forums, a trait of a fully calcified and compromised pineal gland(soul-matrix) and severely toxic system. Even in denial of being in denial. That's how deep the dis-order goes. Chemically-blinded by bacteria and parasites from the wrong and frakenfoods that have eaten your brain processing life and intelligence systems. Bio-robots at your finest...

I'll save my energy for people who are worth it and at least have potential to grow and learn.

@Princess Arabia Yes Dr Sebi followed similar guidelines as Professor Arnold Ehret, both of them helped cure thousands of patients with a alkaline-based / plant-based and fruit-based diet. Dr Sebi like many others was Jailed and poisoned in jail by the pharmaceutical system for being such a threat to them and a master healer and herbalist being jailed by a false medical system for reasons of not having a license to practice medicine yet these people never had a proper licensee themselves but created a false system of poisoning people and training medical people to follow their methods or lose their jobs. Many ex-doctors who speak out about the corrupt health-care system in america and the world can be found on https://www.youtube.com/user/iHealthTube

He literally proved people from Africa especially were not designed at all to consume the standard westerners diet which causes degeneration and decay, hence why Dr Western Price found in Indigenous tribes around the world, the only ones who had tooth decay were the ones who were introduced to western foods.

Hunza and Okinawa are some of the longest and healthiest living people in the world, predominantly plant-based.

Greek Yogurt mixed with milled flaxseed.. good shit.  Vanilla greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter powder. Equally good.

--3 pounds of ground beef mixed with a can of black beans and a 6 ounce jar of tomato paste... add some onion powder and 50/50 salt or a packet of onion soup mix, make into patties, cook on the charcoal grill with applewood chunks. Burgers might have a tendency to fall apart but they are delicious and the tomato paste helps prevent formation of carcinogens while cooking. When cooking with a proper domed charcoal grill, there's no need to flip or even check them often as the smoke self regulates the internal temperature. Just move the burgers over the charcoal off the charcoal and put other patties there after around 20-25 minutes and cook another 20-25 minutes. Less is more when it comes to opening the lid and flipping. Don't overuse charcoal... it takes maybe 25-30 briquettes arranged in a square with 2-3 layers to do this. bottom layer 4x4 second layer 3x3 third layer 2x2. You don't need a massive pile wasting a bunch like so many do.

--1 can of costco or sam's club canned chicken mixed with half mayo, half cream of mushroom soup, italian seasoning, milled flaxseed for omega 3's, bag of frozen peas cooked first, and a bit of mustard and pickle relish for taste along with 50/50 sodium potassium salt. Delicious on sandwiches with keto bread or by itself. I also add liquid sucralose to add sweetness to this and a number of other things I eat.

--Cook a frozen turkey, enjoy sandwiches on keto bread, then make the carcass into a soup high in collagen by adding whatever ingredients like legumes, carrots, celery, or whatever. 50/50 sodium potassium salt for taste. You simmer the carcass first for a few hours around 195 degrees F and after it all falls apart, strain with a strainer, remove bones, reuse the stock and meat, and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer more for a few hours until your vegetables are soft. Just found Turkeys on clearance for 50 cents per lb at wal-mart yesterday, will be cooking a turkey tomorrow.

--Meat and fish can be cooked sous vide to reduce carcinogens and dial in the level of doneness. Vacuum seal the items, put them in a food grade white bucket, and use something like an Anova Precision Cooker to dial in the right temperature. You can then sear the items with either cast iron or propane torch afterwards. Great for ribeyes which get done at 130 degrees for medium rare to medium.

Just a couple of ways to make low carb healthy meals that I make with some regularity.   Also eat a lot of frozen broccoli and mixed vegetables. Meat and vegetables. Low glycemic load diet. Reduced carbs. Next step is to find and marry a woman who can make good tossed salads and other low glycemic vegan meals to complement my meat preparation skills. No standard American diet of Pizza, Hamburger Helper, or Hot Pockets for me, much less donuts, pop tarts, box cereal, cake, etc, except as treats.
