Haha, I tried to Google too and a bunch of recipes came up. Still not sure what it means. The did look good.

Yea I saw chicken (I think) and potato that’s what I eat a lot of the time

It's duck wings 'candied" in their own fat.

The potatoes are fried too in duck fat with mushrooms, garlic, pepper and aromatic herbs.
