Interesting approach. Finding a holistically thinking dentist these days seems pretty rare even in 1st world countries. Its like we are all afraid of the pulling driller but are not quite ready to trust the holistic person yet. I think there is a bridge between holistic and modern dentistry missing. Some sort of integrative approach that leans on to the evidence as well as more alternative practices. Imagine a dentist, who, instead of drilling gives you 6 months to try to remedy the infection yourself, offering specific instructions on diet, antibacterial herbs and cleaning. What a world that would be.

And if you can't and the infection spreads, then we drill.

@Princess Arabia Jamaican food looks super good.

Yes, it's delicious if that's your kind of thing. My main style of eating, though, is Mediterranean as Jamaican food, depending on what it is, can take some effort and time to prepare and cook and sometimes I don't want to be in the kitchen for long. Mediterranean food is a lot more healthy, simple and easier to prepare.

I can whip up a salad in no time or some fish or beans like hummus or some veggies and a side of whatever.

tuna pasta sallad with homemade vinaigrette 😋

That vinaigrette looks delicious. That salad too, only since I'm not a big fan of pasta, I'd use romaine instead. Thats how I cook sometimes. Lots of Mediterranean style eating.

I just would say there are too much spices, in general i prefer simple meals with some ingredients.

I like Mediterranean food too.

French one is basically similar with much more animal fats instead of olive oil, and more animals products in general.

Eheh, it looks good.

It will be good to feel less guilty after my "confit de canard avec pommes de terre sarladaise."

I tried to make it once and it was really good yes

she used brown rice and quinoa pasta so if you don’t like the wheat and gluten one could use that. I’m fine with it tho so I don’t mind

It's more of a pasta thing no matter the kind. Only if I'm doing Italian like Chicken Parm/Cacciatore/Meatballs or stuff like that with the red sauce; and even then I might sub mashed potatoes. Plus, not a fan of the spiral. Penne is good and spaghetti. Chick pea pasta is good.
