This is Ground EggShells.

Regular eggsshells washed, dried thoroughly and grounded up in a blender. Make sure to get them very finely grounded. Blend and blend until you can't blend anymore, stopping occasionally so the blender doesn't heat up. Around 5min total.

Can be used to brush teeth to strengthen the enamels. Eggshells and teeth are made up of similar components. 

They also whiten, but don't just rely solely on them for whitening.

Add to your all natural toothpaste and brush on occasion. Maybe 2-3x/wk or whenever you get the urge. 

I make a mix of my normal toothpaste, coconut oil, eggshell powder, little baking soda, clove or peppermint essential oil, and use this to brush my teeth. Not all the time but fairly regularly. I usually wait a few weeks after the 1st batch is done to make another one just to not erode the teeth too much. It really does whiten teeth and keep them strong. They are also edible and can be added to smoothies for added calcium supplementation.

I've only been to the dentist once, maybe 20yrs ago. No need.

This is a great All Natural Seasoning without the added fillers and junk some of the other seasonings can have. I buy it at the Health Food Store but it sells online also. Great for everything. It's pure and clean with only pure ingredients. 

I use it in addition to other seasonings or by itself, depending on what I'm preparing.

Try Almond flour instead of White, or even Wheat flour, in baking, pancakes, muffins or even breading chicken or meats or wherever flour is used. 

Doesn't work well in every recipe, though, so do a quick search to see if it's compatible with what you're making. 

It is also very delicious tasting. I use it for my pancakes, amongst other uses.

No I'm not on any diet. If anything, I'm on the whole foods diet, eating whole foods as much as possible. 80/20 (give and take) and with a few exceptions and a bit of splurging. My splurgings are pizza, chicken wings, maybe ginger ale like 5x/yr when my kombucha isn't available and I want that fizz. A frozen dinner from a "healthier" brand on occasion, a chicken or turkey burger eating out. I mean, most of my splurgings are what most people here in the US eat normally.

I mostly have a problem trying to find the good stuff not trying to avoid the bad stuff because I don't enjoy them. So, or me it's not a particular diet, it's just how I eat.

My Chicken Cacciatore w/kalamata Olives. A different version of the Italian one. You could call it Greek Chicken Cacciatore.

Cut up Chicken season and brown. Remove from pan and add onions, garlic, red pepper,Rosemary and Olives. Cook 5mins. Add chopped fresh tomatoes. Cook 5 more min's. Add Chicken and 1 can San Marzano whole tomatoes.(chopped). Cover and cook 30-40mins or until Chicken is cooked through. Add chopped basil and or parsley.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes, Pasta, Rice or whatever your heart's desire. No rules here.

Eat your pomegranates. They're good for you. Eat them whole or use a citrus juicer to make pomegranate juice. 

I juice a pomegranate, an orange, a grapefruit and 1/2 a lemon to make a refreshing drink on ice. Delish! Add some vodka if you wish but don't tell.

This is how I use fresh tumeric to whiten my teeth.

I grate it, put it in a lemon juicer, squeeze the juice out into a small container and dip toothbrush in and brush. Can add a small bit of baking soda which makes the whitening more potent. 

Do it over the kitchen sink, though, as it stains white surfaces.

If no lemon juicer, use hands; but beware, your hands will stain of the tumeric juice but only for a day or so that's why I use the juicer. Can also use a regular juicer and juice a few tumeric pieces with it.

This is after I've brushed my teeth using my whitening toothpaste but they still get whiter after doing this. I may repeat the following days just to finish up the juice.

BOK CHOY is a Chinese Cabbage. It is very nutritious and packed full of antioxidants and various vitamins like Vitamins A, C, K, Folate, Selenium, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium and Phosphorus. It also has Fibre.

It's part of the Cruciferous Vegetable family including Broccoli and Cauliflower.

May promote Thyroid health, bone and heart health.

Saute, stir-fry, bake, grill, steam, put in soups or eat raw.

Here's a recipe:

To pan add EVOO. Add Sliced garlic and sliced ginger. Saute 3mins. Add chopped scallions, and julienne red peppers.(julienne just means thinly sliced). Add bok choy, s&p, Braggs aminos (no soy sauce please, too much sodium. Use Aminos instead). Saute till done. Approx 5-7mins. Enjoy as a side dish. Goes well with Grilled Salmon.

Below is right before I added the Bok Choy and condiments. (S&P and Aminos).

I like red cabbage, haven't tried bok choy though.

Cloves are a versatile spice that add flavor while also providing health benefits. It's made from the dried flowers of the clove tree. They contain Manganese, vitamin K, Potassium and Beta-carotene and Eugenol (Antioxidant).

 They are also anti-inflammatory and can help to lower your risk of arthritis. They can reduce ulcers which some studies have shown. It may also help with improved liver function.

Clove oil can be used to ease toothaches because of the Eugenol which is a natural anesthetic (numbing agent). Eugenol can sometimes interact with certain drugs, such as blood thinners so use with caution; though just using it as a spice in foods should be fine.

I use this lovely spice to cook with as an addition to certain seasonings including Chinese 5 spice and Garam Masala (An aromatic Indian Spice Mix). I also use it to make Chai Tea. Sometimes I just make a tea using only cloves to substitute for coffee. Can also be added to baked goods and oatmeal.

It can also be stirred in water for a very tasty mouthwash which leaves your breath smelling like a Christmas cake.

Don't be shy, and use this spice generously and as often as you can because it's nature's way of showing love.

Below is my Oatmeal this morning with cloves on top along with walnuts and cinnamon. The Oatmeal was made with Hemp milk.

Did you know ? There are clove cigarettes (kretek), basically for asthma, these are the best-selling cigarretes in Indonesia.

As I am close to Spain, I sometimes do the same thing with tiger nut.
