I made my daughter and I some Orecchiette con cime di rapa

I didn't take a picture. But here is close to what I made... just more greens.

I know a lot about food. Food is my passion. Creating meals from scratch.

What is your favorite fish recipes? I don't get much good fish. But I was thinking of making some fish head soup a good friend taught me about, it's been 10 years and I am getting a craving lol. I'll post a pic if I do it.

Actually it's incomplete... it still needs to be deepfried in batter to satisfy its dietary requirements.

Your instinct kwow what is good for you, in despit of all the food deliriums. (Keto, Veganism, Carnivore, HCLF, LCHF, "Ray Peat diet"...).

If i just listen my instinct i would eat :

-Poultry (with skin), Duck (dito), pork, beef and all kinds of meet in general, raw or not too cooked.

-Raw fish and see foods, especially oysters.

-Raw milk (especially goat/sheep milk), cheese, butter, cream...

-Some kind of nuts (walnuts, pecan and cashew).

-Some very juicy and hydrating fruits, like melon, watermelon, wineapple, cucumber, bell pepper...

-Salt

 

I never would eat :

-Legumes, grains and most of starchs.

-Eggs.

-Most of very fibrous vegetables.

-Hybrided and very sweet fruits (bananas, dates...)
