How to relase stuff to become more loving?

Hey@Leo Gura Ive just rewatched your video https://www.actualized.org/insights/extra-insights-about-good-intentions where you are talking about relasing fear anixety, racism etc I am just wondring how? my biggest problems are fear and anxiety and I have been doing your guided meditation for years know, but I dont find it that useful for that, any thoughts how I procede?
