Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations and lack of respect and trust. 

Not loving the person for who he/she is but their image. 

Being childish and immature and selfish. 

Not loving or caring enough. Not sharing. 

Impractical. 

Taking for granted. 

Rage issues 

Lack of understanding and empathy. 

Frequency mismatch. Not getting along 

Diseased mentality or unhealthy mentality

Destructive ego 

Inability to accept things. Lack of acceptance

Scarcity mindset

From what I see going in the world, the number one relationship killer, is people staying in the relationship that they should most obviously get out of. It really kills the relationship.
