I dont care if your a virgin, I don't care you have high anxiety, low self esteem , struggle with social cues and can't relax when talking to a man or a woman. I think you're perfect exactly as you. If you make a social blunder or social mistake who cares you learn from it, you don't beat yourself up about, you had a go and you learnt something, if you made things awkward with the other person try to make amends but if they dont accept it move on. You're allowed to make mistakes no mater what. Just always remember to love yourself. When talking to a woman or man you go to give not what you can get out of it so much but you are giving to the other person, so stop making live about yourself so much, let go give yourself to the other person and not worry about what happens to you, make an idiot of yourself be bold, put yourself on the ;line. Talk to that person you  like, i dare you i double dare. I believe in you no matter what anyone says, You are worthy of unconditional love no matter what. If you have an incel in the past forget about it, love other people and make amends you can totally give it another gp. Just alwys remmeber to LOVE YOURSELF NO MATER WHAT

I recently understood that my more or less conscious strategy was to become a sort of perfect image while hoping to energetically "suck up" others (doesn't work, I'm still without a girlfriend lol)

Childhood trauma exists because the brain can't tell the difference between what's real and what's being imagined. Childhood trauma is buried in the subconscious which only knows "The Now", so the brain thinks it's happening now. For me, it was abandonment. When I recognized how my mind was creating these fears and how unconscious i was when my actions were as a result of these thoughts, I started to notice the trend. Different types of circumstances but same end result. Awareness is the key to solving all trauma-based issues.

One way to start the healing process is to stop saying it's "difficult to achieve" or "easy to say", because now you're creating an experience where it's difficult to achieve.

Same here, which is why autonomy is one of my top values. I’m learning how to handle my life situations without needing someone else to do it for me or needing someone else to reassure me constantly that I’m doing things the right way.

@Princess Arabia No. Simps are notoriously the ones NOT getting laid. A simp is a guy that worships women as goddesses despite their behavior. They commonly spend tons of money on girls they’ll never meet just to get internet good boy points or mentions in their posts. Simps are guys that will watch a guy getting his ass beat by a girl then dog pile him or just verbally shame tf outta him once he does the tiniest thing to defend himself from her. Basically just guys that regard women as some higher entity in constant need of their aid.
