Qigong class?

Is it worth taking classes or can one learn it at home ?

Do a class. I learnt one on one by my Qigong master, but a class is a good first step, better than online.

Can I enroll mid season? If I enrolled now I have missed 3-4 sessions or sum

Probably best to start from the beginning. You would have missed four sessions. Maybe try your online thing until you can get a class? I have no idea what they have online. But look for the teacher being Chinese and an actual qigong master. You don’t want some white guy called Harold.

There are lots of good white Qigong teachers. Skin colour doesn’t matter.

I'm just going to try one session and as long as I don't make a fool out of myself I'm ok.

And yes, skin colour doesnt matter, I shouldn’t have said that about only using a Chinese person.
