Lion's Mane mushrooms

6 posts in this topic

Not all mushrooms need to be psychedelic in order to increase consciousness. For example lions mane mushrooms have been proven to help grow neurons in the brain, without any psychedelic properties. However it is worth noting that in combination with psychedelics the effect will multiply and be worth more than the sum of its parts. If anyone knows of any other foods that can increase neural development can you let me know. Thanks.

I'm tried them but can't tell if they do anything.

They are very tasty! So not a bad addition to your diet. Mushroom proteins and beta-glucans are very valuable diet components.

Maybe gonna add them to my mushroom microdosing routine again. I also heard good things about them, but In my experience it is hard to really notice a difference, especially if the change happens over time.

“If you're going to try, go all the way. Otherwise, don't even start. This could mean losing girlfriends, wives, relatives and maybe even your mind. It could mean not eating for three or four days. It could mean freezing on a park bench. It could mean jail. It could mean derision. It could mean mockery--isolation. Isolation is the gift. All the others are a test of your endurance, of how much you really want to do it. And, you'll do it, despite rejection and the worst odds. And it will be better than anything else you can imagine. If you're going to try, go all the way. There is no other feeling like that. You will be alone with the gods, and the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is.”
