Leo please define ‚hallucination‘

In one of your latest blog posts you said „God is an Infinite Hallucination“.

I’m sure you point to something advanced, but I don’t understand how a hallucination differs from say a dream — aren’t all dreams hallucinations? What makes a hallucination fundamentally different?

Sure, everything is imaginary so everything is a hallucination I guess, but I don’t see the  added value. Why not just call it Infinite Imagination?

What’s the unique quality of a hallucination compared to those others descriptions of God?

I’m genuinely curious.

I don't understand it, hallucination implies that there is something that is not a hallucination. Different levels of reality.

he just uses hallucination as a synonym for mind, to reiterate that reality is completely groundless, there are no fundamental building blocks to reality, the same way that there aren't in a dream. everything is made of MIND therefore everything is a hallucination.

to dream is to hallucinate,  I suppose people have a better grasp on what a hallucination is rather than a dream, but they are identical.

I use dream and hallucination to refer to the same thing.

I'm just giving you alternative perspectives on God.

You can call it that too. Just alternative poetic descriptions.

I find all 3 of them beautiful so I use them. I like hallucination because nobody else phrases it that way.

I talked about hallucination a lot in my interview with Curt Jaimungal on his TOE channel.

I've certainly used that term, but I should use it more!
