It’s not that you’ll get bored with it, it’s that you’ll advance to the next stage of development. 

How long that’ll take is up for debate, as well as how that would look like.

 It is very interesting and insightful.

Craving for power actually agitates the mind, and mental agitation is synonymous with inauspiciousness in eastern  religious philosophy.

By renouncing all cravings for power, mental equanimity is attained, and this state is ironically considered auspicious and attracting all that is worth having.
