And.... I forgot books and psychedelics. Music as well. As well as nature. Beautiful Nature. 

All of these are healing agents.

The only way to go about it is to be absolutely frank about it. I was sexually dehumanized by an older man at age 14. Yea men don't talk about such things, since it's highly sensitive.

1. Embracing and expressing a full range of emotion. 

2. Validating the feelings of other men. 

3. Being willing to cry. 

4. Being vulnerable. 

5. Valuing the lives of the opposite sex. 

6. Treating others right. 

I think the rest don't apply that much because I'm not ready for a new relationship yet.

I've got issues in the areas of sex, masturbation, past sex stuff, sexual dehumanization, trauma related to pedophilia, sexual transmutation etc. 

I need to find a male sex therapist in the north Carolina area and see if I can have a breakthrough around these issues. 

I'm scrolling through psychology today to get a hold of a sex therapist and found one. Parts of images blurred for privacy. 

 

This one looks perfect to me. 

 

 

I need someone like that along with traditional therapy, psychedelics and other treatment modules.

His description is almost perfect. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of self help. Almost like a life  coach. 

I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety and depression;grief and loss;relationship struggles;life transitions; spirituality and faith concerns; and issues related to sexuality and identity. 

This sounds so good, it has everything I've been looking for.

These days there are psychedelic treatment rooms. I wasn't aware. 

This is the Alberta Psychedelic treatment center.
