Furthermore, if there are, why any emotional reactions to any of these thoughts?

Thoughts have enormous force, there are thoughts that kill and others that give life. The human tide is moved by thoughts. There are thoughts that destroy civilizations, that condemn millions to death or slavery. It is normal that you react to a thought, its basis is the survival of a specie

Because what would stop God?

Reality will be however God intends it to be.

It is how most people treat thoughts, but it isn't the conscious thing to do. Experts say we have about 60 thousand thought per day(don't quote me on the figure but it is a high amount)do you react to all of them, no. What decides if you react to one over another.

No. Thought does not do that. A human enacting a physical reaction does all that. Thought is made of the same susbtance as the thought "I am a unicorn" or "Blue is red." It has the exact same potency as both of these thoughts, no matter how detailed or accurate or descriptive the thought is.

You can react consciously or unconsciously. Consciously reacting is simply seeing what you are reacting to. Thought can be used efficiently, but that only happens when a human relates itself to it in a certain manner, it is not an inherent property of thought.

All evil and wrongdoing is Perfect in the eyes of God.

If you can’t handle that, then this work ain’t for you, my friends.

I’m not sorry for communicating Truth.

God doesn't see or know what evil is. Sorry to keep pointing out things.

I believe that what we can do, and with extreme difficulty and deep understanding and great courage, is to let go of the conceptual mind. To do this we must really accept death, now, without reservation. The conceptual mind is extremely powerful. Imagine that now your doctor calls you and says: metastasis. What would you do with the thought "metastasis"? How would you handle it? Although that is not going to happen today, the fact that if it would happen it would be irresistible means that you are still (me yes at least) largely in the conceptual mind, at some level. Do not underestimate its power or the depth of its ramifications.

I think that You can't decide it. You have no power over your thoughts, since you are your thoughts, you are made up of them. when thoughts cease, the self disappears. the breadth of existence remains. The one who decides what to do with the thoughts is the self, without self no one decides anything. and the self cannot decide not to listen to certain thoughts since the self is a structure created by the mental flow that creates the conceptual bubble, aka the world. your mental world, which drinks from the mental world of those around you, the product of thousands of generations of evolution of the collective mind.

The human is a puppet of the thought. Millions of humans can run into machine guns shooting for a thought. The thought is the manifestation of the genetic intelligence of a species, it really is the voice of life that forces you to follow a direction. It's pure evolution

I'm sorry but you are contradicting yourself. You said earlier, quote "it is normal that you react to a thought". Then you said "since you are your thoughts, you are made up of them". How can you be something you are reacting to?

Of course you create the concepts.

Answer me this: Is "you" a concept?

(Don't answer with a long rambling text... a simple yes or no will be enough.)
