Trudeau is so Sunny that Canadians are getting sunburned. That dude is so cunningly shameless and a politely incompetent leader. He has done nothing to solve Canada's problems. 

Sunny ways. So sad to hear the plight of the citizens.

Cost of living is bad everywhere. The problem is too systemic to just blame Trudeau for it. I'd say one of the main factors is profiteering from the property market. Government needs to outright ban entities from owning more than three houses IMO.

I find these "f*** Trudeau" people on the same wavelength as the MAGA crowd. Trudeau had the balls to legalize weed. An herb that should never have been illegal. One of humanities greatest blunders was making psychedelics illegal. He actually took steps to reverse that. 

I get populist nationalistic vibes from Poilievre. But If you like a "strong leader" a protective father figure than vote for him. That's the image he's projecting imo.

The beauty of a democracy is that the leaders aren't there for life. If Poilievre gets elected we will see how well he does.  Hopefully he does solve the problems you mentioned and doesn't just make a bunch of empty promises like most politicians.

Finally someone else saying it. There should be a global ban on real estate investment and speculation... you can own a certain number of single family residential homes, none of them used for rentals or AirBNBs if they are inside city limits. You can fix them up and sell them, or owner occupy them. That's the way it should be.

The problem is a lot of wealth has been created and concentrated by central bank magic fairy dust (quantitative easing) so the top 5% are flush with cash, so seeing inflation they spend that cash on assets, pricing the lower and middle class out of asset ownership.  People should not own 25 houses. Corporate entities should not own 300 houses.

@thenondualtankie  he hasnt said anything about it or made efforts to do slow it down or anything. the problem is he isnt saying or doing anything.

im on the fence about the conspiracy that trump just fed a bunch of money into the stock market and companies got loaded. now the left are just letting these companies consume everything, its like getting paid twice in a row. get the money buy every house, increase the rent and take every penny from the citizens. they know a recession is coming and are squeezing every penny before it actually happens and then people are uber fucked

canada feels like its in a recession and a recession hasnt even started
