The Final Solution.. The Domino Effect of Personal Development

6 posts in this topic

I have a sense that there is One Thing I should do. One thing I could do. One thing that if I did do, would set a chain reaction in my psyche and set in motion so many (positive) things. Something is blocking my progress/success/growth (in business, spirituality, and life). I don't view it as a "one solution" or / "magic bullet" that will heal and solve everything but as a necessary catalyst. Dominos of the mind falling one after the other just because of one thing.

I recognize that life is complex, and single-minded thinking is not a useful tool for navigating this world. I don't know if this is a human tendency to reduce all problems into a simple idea. But also, could it be true? A chemical reaction is complex and many molecules are needed but the chain reaction can be set off by a single catalyst and that is what I'm referring to by using this nerdy analogy (that I hope made sense).

Do you have examples of this in your own life? I would like to hear the forum's stories, if any.

For most guys in the West? Overcoming the socially conditioned Beta mindset (in other words, recognizing your inherent value as a man and that you are the captain of your life and that you deserve better than the scraps this society offers you.)

This "catalyst" thing happened for me when I got a job back in June of this year. Prior to this, I took a break from working and was travelling and working on personal development. This started back in January of 2022. When I got back from my travels in January of 2023, I was very sad and couldn't motivate myself to get a job, this stint lasted 6 months.

I finally got a job as a host at a restaurant. I've learned plenty of things from this job as I am now a better communicator and it also forced me to become more comfortable being around pretty women, who make me nervous.

About a month and a half ago, I got what seems to be like my dream job. I went to this dance studio to learn how to dance and somehow a guy there got me an interview to work there. I was hired that following day, and I love everything about the job. The people there are amazing, it's located in a town that I love, and I genuinely enjoy going into work.

This all started when I got off of my ass and got a job. I told the universe that I was ready to work and the universe took care of me. Like you said, this was not a magic bullet that solved all of my problems, there have been many ups and downs, and there will continue to be, but I am happy right now with the direction in my life.... until the next chapter.

Best of luck to you man.

@Twega Just learn some kind of powerful sadhana and stick to it. Sadhana, work, sadhana, sleep. That's the most simplest solution. And the rest of the shit will auto-correct by itself. If you are conscious enough on a daily basis you will just live in Truth .Truth/Light will guide your life on itself.
