@Francis777 Wow, I am exited for your Post. It's quite rare that someone awakened his kundalini so I am very interested to hear what happened to you and how you lived with it.

thanks, yeah I'm going to go through everything, probably going to take me about a month or two to structure and write it all out properly to hit every point I want to.

Whether it's worth it very much depends on the individual and what you want out of life.

It was worth it for me. But my values are quite different from most humans. It's a matter of values and personality type.

@Leo Gura @Leo Gura Would be of much value if you correct the Image of awakening. You said it's not so like many spiritual Gurus praise it, including you in your past. Hope you make a next Video about it one day.

The awakening process is incredibly challenging for lots of people, because it means waking up to everything that's out of alignment in your life, and it means you have to work through all the unresolved fear, grief, anger, etc., within yourself. People often try to figure out ways around it, but in the end you see that there isn't a way around it.

I’ve also gone through the wringer many times with mystical experiences. However, they’ve gotten much easier the more I exposed myself to them completely raw and unapologetically.

This doesn’t mean that I’m now completely fearless and have no struggles anymore in life. For example, I still have crippling social anxiety in certain situations, so I need much more practice and effort than most people.

@Yimpa If there's one thing I've learnt during my own very difficult process, it's the importance of having compassion for myself and honouring my needs, rather than forcing myself to do things that I can't currently handle. Best of luck overcoming your issues, brother.?

@RickyFitts there are two sides of that. Most of us dont trust themselves how much they really can handle but the human mind is capable of handling a lot of difficult stuff. Some of US need to force them to go out of comfort zone.

yes, that was more speaking towards my struggles with my kundalini symptoms and how my last 3 years of life wouldn't have been complete hell if I was just less aware of myself and all my selfish behaviour which caused them, it never felt like a curse before them. It's made me bitter, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, I know exactly what the conflict is now, so I can go about resolving it.

I'm going to make a colossal post sharing all the lessons I've learned during this time, I have a goldmine of insights and mental tenacity built up that I genuinely feel have set me up for the rest of my life. I can't imagine anything that could ever beat me down like this again.

This is still me currently. Haha it is hilarious you mention it ?. I think it is an age thing. Most sages are 30+ years. May I ask you're age?

@MAHAVATAR_-_BABAJI Just turned 23 last week, the symptoms started after I turned 20, this is one of the biggest factors as to why its been so hard and taken me so long to let go of some of my selfish behaviour, because I've not even had a chance to satiate the tiniest fraction of my lower desires, like for fame and such.

Haha. I'd say that you wouldn't trade enlightenment not even for all of Earth's gold.

Drop everything you've got about it.

It's you and nothing else.

@Francis777 being selfish isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Being part of society is itself selfish if you think about it. You use resources like water, gas, food, etc. So this idea that you need to let go of all selfish desires might very well be holding you back a ton.

It's pointless, it's just a massive cope to be able to handle life. "Awakening" is inevitable for everyone at the end of life, but some people are too anxious of mind to be able to just enjoy things as they are.

It's probably not worth it if you're happy in life.

I am bugged by bizarre thoughts daily. Especially just after waking from sleep. Usually when I first wake from sleep I trip a little bit.

When I was suffering with severe, debilitating anxiety and depression, I was all too aware of what I could and couldn't handle, believe me. And anyone trying to cajole me into doing something I couldn't handle would have been given very short shrift.

yes very true, I've been over this with myself and don't hold much guilt over myself as I never take it to that extreme. I understand that selfishness when finite is inevitable, I've never had the intention to surrender all selfishness its a silly notion. It's more so that I'm refining my actions so that I can go about getting my needs met with less/unnecessary collateral damage to the people around me.

And in my case with the kundalini energy clashing inside my body, there's a very specific thing that I'm doing while trying to attract people that needs to stop.
