Meditation Technique That Gives Me Best Results

It seems to be nuance but in my opinion this is one of the most important meditation technique. 

Following the breath but with words in mind  ("start", "breath", "end", "pause")- I found this in Culadasa's book a couple months ago and it gives me best results.

So we follow a breath which is process that is highly under service of subconscious mind but we connect it with conscious process which is thinking with words. So ego is busy now with thinking about breath which connects subconscious and conscious brain on synaptic pathways level. When I do this technique long enough I virtually hear clicking in my brain together with a lot of electricity which is visible especially at night. It gives also a lot of peace of mind afterwards, which sometimes holds for days after. 

Optimally we should do it in nature. Like in front of some tree etc. So we use time of improved neuroplascity for learning optimal patterns of nature (fractals that neural network of our brain should produce). This is why Jesus or Buddah got enlighted close to tree.
