How does one become this appreciative? Live a life of integrity

Exactly, integrity must be complete, without a crack, if not, the truth cannot manifest in you, since the lack of integrity is always fear, barriers that you erect between you and reality, that is, in yourself.

We call love a feeling that exists towards something or someone, for example towards your mother . Also in the mystical sense it is said that reality is love. Really what we call love is existence, when we love someone it is that we perceive the absence of barriers between that person and us, reality flows. Loving ourselves is simply accepting ourselves. then, love is simply the absence of barriers. The barriers are made of fear, therefore, love is the absence of fear.

I don't understand love,i don't think i can feel it towards someone or something. I don't know what it is.

You realize with absolute certainty that You are existence itself loving itself.

Sad thing is sometimes the greatest act of love is to cut that limb off if it threatens the survival of the whole body. Such a shame.....sometimes paradoxically the greatest act of selflessness...is selfishness. It's selfish to cut the limb, but it's also selfish to not cut it.

So how do you break this paradox...through intention. If you intended to cut the limb because it saves the whole then this is ultimately a selfless act especially if you did all you could to save the limb.....but if you did it out of hatred for the limb because it was acting wayward....then this was truly a selfish act. So one of the ways....to know the true nature of an act is not just the act....but the intention behind it. The intention reveals the act.

Truthfully what I am saying is not new though...ancient texts have stated it is the intention that determines the act....not the act itself. You know WHY you did something at the end of the day.

Can selfishness truly exist if i'm the only one ? At max,it would be an act of self harm, but neither the physical nor the mental/psychological/emotional aspects of "human nature" truly exists,so it would ben even less than that.

Just break all the barriers that you ve built around you by fear, then existence will flow free in your mind.
