Fear Of Intimacy

Hi everyone,

I just learned the concept "fear of intimacy" which I have been suffering my whole life. That's the reason why I never ever had a healthy relationship. I literally walk away after a great date with a beautiful girl. I only related to emotionally unavailable girls or the ones I didn't really like so I couldn't be hurt.  I'm gonna try changing this pattern now. Does anyone have advice or experience on this?

I've had this too, the only advice I can give you, is to be totally honest with the next date you have about this (not at first obviously).

You need to face the problem head on.

@Toby Thanks for your comment, but I'm 32, I had hundreds of dates and never had a normal relationship. I need to work on this.
