The masculine doesn't need the feminine, but the feminine needs the masculine

22 posts in this topic

The secret desire of every man on earth is to wake up one day and find all men dead and there is only him with all the women in the world . That way he doesn't have to be "high value" guy or play stupid fucking dating games or schemes to attract women .

Men love women more than women love men ..but  ..women NEED men more ..for obvious reasons. Because back in the jungle days men ought to protect women from  wild animals and other men . But nowadays there is no such thing as that .

So my main point is that a Man can be celibate all his life and all is fine ..Whereas a Woman need a Man in her life .

The masculine doesn't need the feminine to be complete. True masculinity is to be Beyond the petty need to get approval or sex from women . Whereas the feminine definitely NEEDS the masculine for the reason Mentioned above .

What do you guys and gals think ??

Both need each other for romantic love. And sex of course. You wouldn't need a woman if you're gay. Most people are born straight as a pole.

Well I'm bisexual. I do feel romantic and sexual attraction to both genders. And to shemales as well (yah porn has messed up my mind ?).

But I honestly don't feel a "need " or a desperation to be in a relationship with attractive women . I mean it would be nice and all. But I'm not like a horny dog dying and crying like a fucking incel desperate for getting sex .

Remember..women NEED a husband. Because they need someone to take off the responsibilities and the burdens of life off their shoulders.  That's the difference.

Does that make sense ?

You don't have to be a horny dog or incel to crave a woman. That's taking it to extremes. It's not so much about need as much as it is about attraction. If you are cis straight/hetero, you're automatically attracted to someone of the opposite sex and seek fulfillment in their companionship. It doesn't always have to be about sex per se. It's about romantic attraction and sharing your life with that person, which of course if you aren't homo, you won't be able to do that with the same sex person, that's why dating exists in the first place. If people only wanted sex, there's casual hookups, yet I doubt if people only want that. And not only is it just not about only sex, it goes beyond companionship as well, people want to make families too especially as they get older, or they simply want someone to share the rest of their lives with. I don't think you could bypass this need easily. It's an ancestral need, vestigial in it's origin. And attraction is hard wired and biological, you'll be attracted one way or another to the one who you're meant to be attracted to. It's simply cannot be otherwise. Attraction is a hell of a drug. You wouldn't know unless you've been in an intensely sexually attractive relationship. It would need high impulse control to not get sucked into it. It almost always does.

The thing is women have historically been conditioned to be caregivers..where men are traditionally not expected to be. This results in men failing to develop certain interpersonal skills and sometimes even basic life skills..which can create a "need" for a caretaker. This is largely a sociocultural phenomenon.

In the end..I do  believe men need women  less than women need men. IMO what both men and women need are the skills to live independently if they so choose and be happy while they do it. They should learn hygiene..cooking..cleaning..financial management..emotional intelligence..etc

If someone then chooses to have a partner..that partner should also have those skills.. with the goal of the relationship to be equitable (in whatever way that means for them) and a net benefit to both people.

xD I don't think anyone ever needed a relationship for that. If you need a relationship for those things, it's codependency. You need a relationship to feel loved and to give love. Companionship, care, sharing, affection, and  - sex. It's impossible to just keep loving yourself. Like Leo said many times — you need "self-love" and "other-love."

We're homo sapiens, social beings, we need validation. It comes from our family and partners. Of course being overly reliant on such validation is a recipe for misery and a result of neuroticism, but being overly independent can make you disconnected and anti-social, even marginally autistic.

Your biases stem from an excessively mechanical and hyper logical way of reasoning social love. You're placing boxes and tick marks on it, like a laundry list. It's simply falling in love, connecting. This is only a problem if you aren't financially secure or healthy. If you got both bases covered, the first thing on your mind is the need to share your journey with someone special, same sex or opposite sex depending on your orientation. It's not a neat mechanical survival need, so of course you can survive, thrive and live without it, but it's like a state-of-the-art painting on the wall, it adds that touch of opulence to your home, it enriches your life the way art does, most people who live in scarcity don't think about love.

Love as it is understood is filler energy, men and women are programmed in such a way that women are essentially viable to receive that love more than to give, and male pleasure in this matter comes from satisfaction to have been able to "empty", control, these creatures.
If a man needs love, to be the hand he receives, then he must turn to God, possibly other men if bisexual (or at least camaraderie, to a lesser extent).

It’s the opposite.

Why do you think men get send to war? Be the last on the lifeboat?

You even mention it in your post as well ❤

There is no real opposition between femininity and masculinity, it's just a different neurotransmitter balance.
Besides, as a man, estrogen contributes in large part to "masculinity", suppress your aromatase with exemestane and find yourself without aggression, without libido, less anabolic, with weaker bones and joints...

Lol, right. How about you spend a year or two inside an all-male prison with only male staff and then let's see if you still think that men can easily do without women.

Btw, male/female is not the same as masculine/feminine. The latter is more than just a pair of opposite sexual expressions; masculine and feminine are the two complementary polarizations of life force itself, and every man and woman has traits of both (albeit in different ratios).

I see masculinity and femininity more as two largely overlapping energy spectra, than as things that would be opposed, as two poles.
Seems more in tune with reality.

This seems like speculation unrelated to direct experience.

I was thinking it was the opposite too, but I just tire of people defending their false belief systems and thinking they are true and then attacking you if you don't agree with them and are just sharing your perspectives on it.  My belief systems are also false because all belief systems are, existentially. They are just relatively true for whomever holds them until they change their flaky minds and start believing something else when the Universe shatter their existing ones. I can give lots of examples why it's more the opposite, but why bother.

This used to be more true in the old days. But today in a 1st world country a woman can also go celebate and easily provide for herself.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

When shit hits the fan (like a war) it becomes clear who needs who. In good times we need good women (which they aren’t many). In bad times we need good men.

love is feminine. You can't make a man without love. Love is what distinguishes a man from an adolescent.

The road to God is paved with bliss.

It is the opposite, the change to society over the last few decades has been women being given the rights, both legally and socially, to do what men traditionally did. The pill and other contraceptions mean that they can have sex without the risk of getting pregnant. They now have equity in the workplace and there is no social repercussions for them prioritising a career over family. So women now, don't need a man as they mightve before. Men still need women in the same way as before as we haven't filled in the gaps left by women as they've filled the gaps left by men.

So the issue is actually developing updated roles for men. But ultimately men and women do need each other, even if we can fulfill the practical things for survival by ourselves, I think to really prosper and develop we need each other
