Misheard English words or phrases.

I can't think of any joke ones, but like, I heard people say "chimly" instead of "chimney" and "renember" instead of "remember."

@Israfil Take both, sprinkle some DMT into the two and then you'll have super soup and super salad.

HAHAHAHA. You can NOT make a thread like this without getting this video... LMAO! I wonder what the devil was in that chimney... lead and asbestos probably.

Let's see...

"affidavit" as "affidavid." It ends with a "t," not a "d."

The word "Arctic" has a "c" in the middle and is pronounced "ARC-tic." It also applies to the word "Antarctic," which is pronounced "ant-ARK-tic.

The phrase is not "barb wire." It is "barbed wire."

Dilate," meaning to enlarge, as "DI-late," not "DI-a-late."

"Cornet," the valved brass instrument as "kor-NET," not "kor-a-NET."

People use generic "duct" tape, not "duck" tape

"February" as "FEB-ru-ary," not "FEB-u-ary." There are two "r's."

"Federal" as "FED-er-al," not "FED-ral." It has three syllables.

"Foliage" as "FO-lee-ij," not "FO-lij." It has three syllables.

"Jewelry" as "JU-el-ree," not "JU-la-ree." The first two syllables are like the word "jewel."

The larynx, that part of the trachea that contains the vocal cords, is pronounced "LAIR-ingks," with just two syllables. Do not pronounce it "LAR-n-icks" or "LARN-icks."

"Voluptuous" as "vo-LUP-tchewus," not "vo-LUMP-tchewus."

Whew I could go on forever!

Of course, American English is the proper standard LMAO!!!!...   so anything else is...

BTW @jdc7733 Your beard is amazing!!! You look so gorgeous with that beard! Love it!!!:x

What you resist, persists and less of you exists. There is a part of you that never leaves. You are not in; you have never been. You know. You put it there and time stretches.

@Ajax That list is longer than any penis I've ever seen.

Maybe it really is duck tape because I heard that one too. I also remembered calling saying "chimleys" to my ex and his ex's name is David. Synchronicity. Also, I thought about when people do that deep, kinda dumb voice, as an impression of a dumb or miserable man, then, I went outside and some man said "haha fuckin' 'ell", I say fuckin' 'ell in response to near enough anything irl.

Thanks. I think it's a bit scruffy.
