Maybe not all flakey.  But being tall and good-looking and confident is NOT SOLID GAME in and of itself, even if it works some of the time.

Firstly, the reason it works is that HE IS FUCKING MAKING CONTENT FOR HIS CHANNEL.  That is the primary goal.  His ego is not invested in getting dating results, in fact he probably wants some kind of interesting negative reactions.  It's a contrived situation, he is being intentionally goofy and over-the-top.  

If you're looking at that and taking away anything about how to run game, you're kidding yourself.  In the real world, numbers don't mean shit, as was pointed out above.  Even if they succeed, you've just postponed having to run real game for another day or three.
