Is Ketamine neurotoxic ?

Is there concrete evidence that dissociatives are neurotoxic to humans?

The only relevant study I've seen on ketamine was on rats, and it involved sometimes huge amounts (The smallest amount was 5mg/kg of body weight which is practically, more or less, double of it would take to reach a k hole, the largest quantity administered was 20mg/kg! Up to 6 shots!!!)

If I understood correctly, the rats having undergone a single injection at 5mg/mg actually have less signs of neuronal apoptosis (Caspase 3 cells) than the control group (see fig 3).
I'll take a closer look at it tonight or tomorrow.
