As soon as you wake up in the morning... Wake up in Consciousness

6 posts in this topic

As soon as you open your eyes... Ideally, before even opening your eyes... Before even moving a single muscle...

As soon as you "wake up" and "gain consciousness" in the morning, stay as you are. Just lay there and start breathing consciously

Deliberately and on purpose. But not forcefully.

Find your breath. Catch it. Become one with it.

Become breath.

Feel the sensations in your body. Relax, more and more. Sink deeper and deeper within yourself. Notice the thoughts passing through awareness.

Notice them, but do not entertain them. Just keep breathing. Just keep sinking.

As if you were to fall back asleep... Except that you are actually waking up your entire being. Consciously. Before any thought, any urge, any pattern sucks you in and you lose awareness of yourself.

Breathing is key. Without fully being (with) the breath, you will not "raise your consciousness". You will not awaken, first thing in the morning.

But if you get good at this meditation practice, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Give it a try, lemme know what you find.

It's likely that you will have to give up your breath at some point, in order to catch your breath.

Use those moments of no breathing to really focus in on your heartbeat. You will hear it loud and clear.

Start breathing again slowly in accordance to your heart's rhythm. The goal is to truly and fully synchronize your breathing pattern with your pulse. If it's not in sync, you will feel off and will not access your full being. It might take a few rounds of "giving up the breath" to really nail it down.

Once in sync, being sucked into any sensation or thought will be impossible. The breath will be undisturbed. The pattern will be integrated enough so that you can slowly but surely let go of breath and let it run on autopilot.

Bring your senses in. Focus on sounds, look around the room, find a scent, notice the taste in your mouth, grab your blanket... Do whatever seems right. Consciously sharpen your senses. Become aware how they are actually just one sense. One awareness, perceiving and filtering information.

Perceiving itself.

Once you're here, the final step is that beyond perception.

Pure beingness.

Not perceiving anything. Not feeling anything. Not thinking anything. But being all of it at once.

I don't have an individual pulse anymore, my pulse has become Universal.

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

@Razard86 As if there is a difference...

That it is either individual or universal...is an idea. A belief. Pulse is just pulse. Don't flex too hard.

You can breathe without dreaming of any idea. Ideas are great and lovely. But if one is lost in ideas, that's when shit can go sideways.
