Not think, KNOW. According to current research Church Attending has dropped lower than it ever has in recorded history. This has been likened to what they call the "Death of God" when humanity stops believing in religion and God period and are either agnostic or atheist and this has happened at sufficient levels. Its fine though because many of these agnostics and atheists eventually have opportunities for direct encounters with the Absolute as a result.

No, Church Attending has dramatically dropped because more people have "Woken up to God". What God really is. More people are realizing who they are and what Reality is. Not in the Absolute sense, perse, that takes a lot of introspection and dedication to really unpack, but just the basics. I say, in about 100yrs or so, the Church will be Obsolete. Maybe longer but it will be eventually, if not, it will dramatically change to accommodate more Spiritual teachings like Dr. Michael Beckwith's the CEO of Agape International in California. That's the Church I would love to attend some day. I've seen a few more Pastors changing their style of teaching and being a bit more open to New Age stuff, it's quite shocking.

for me the path is to turn explanations into experiences at which point you are the captain of the ship and everyone else is gravy

And I'm saying it would be foolish to think you're not fully at the mercy of the ocean and that when you're thrown into a storm that rearranges the very structure of your ship, you should think twice about your navigating ability having anything to do with it.

The Demon is called Christianity

Doesn’t sound like you need talking out of Christianity.

Edited by How to be wise

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

I was with you until you said this (what I bolded)... the only way to wake up to God and what Reality is, is in the Absolute sense. You need to have a direct experience of Reality. This is what awakening is. If you do not have direct experience that everything is YOU and that your true identity is a conscious, loving, feeling, intelligent, shapeshifting, impermanent, permanent, infinite, totality ....then you have not woken up to God. Most people are waking up to individualism which is a MUCH lower awakening. Those people still think they are human and have a million questions about why they are here, and what is the origin of all existence but have yet to fully investigate it.

Edited by Razard86

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

Well, you have to start somewhere and sometimes language gets very tricky in trying to communicate this stuff. There are stages to this and getting away from the old paradigm of a God outside of you, is a real good start if you were indoctrinated as a Christian to believing in the "Sky God". I know what you're saying but it's still a far stretch from what most Christians believed at one time. You went very deep into the Awakening aspect but I was merely touching the tip.

I know...and I don't disagree with what you are saying I agree with everything you said....just not the way you said that one part. People are starting a Spiritual Awakening, but that is different than God Realization or God Awakening. The truth of what we all are is the I AM looking through our eyes, looking at itself. I live from this state sober baseline...and it never gets old.

It's literally heaven. Once you break through you are in heaven on Earth. It's quite shocking. I already know how to wake everyone up, the issue is are they open to it. I can coach anybody to God Realization if they are open to it because I discovered what the process TRULY is and current Spirituality Teachers are WAYY to judgmental to hear the process. It is very counter-intuitive.

I'll share one of the secrets....

^^^^This is the first step. You must live authentically from this perspective.

Next step you need to see all of life as divine...ALL OF IT!!! If you can truly accept that everything is beautiful then the next step is possible.

Meditate and contemplate, and deconstruct your mind till you free yourself from the materialist paradigm that you are some separate individual. This means you must embrace Absolute Solipsism. Reality is both Absolutely Solipsistic, and Absolutely Many. You have lived from the Absolutely Many state your whole life as an ego, you must now strip yourself of your individual ego and realize all ego are YOU.

After that....the rest of your life will just be finding more ways to awaken to the beauty that is around you and create ways to share this with the other parts of you.

Ok i guess my use of the phrase "Woke up to God" wasn't appropriate in this case, which is like saying God Realized which most aren't aware of. Glad we cleared that up. BTW, have you ever heard of Dr Michael Beckwith.?

Of course I like him. He said "I never speak what I don't want to experience." I was like RIGHT ON, I LOVE THAT QUOTE!!

Love him too. I remember hearing him say that. I'm subscribed to his YT channel and sometimes listen to his Sunday morning Agape service online.

You don’t have to get rid of Christianity, just the mythical and outdated parts of it. Christianity needs to be updated, not destroyed.

It’s easier said then done.  The Unitarians eliminated the mythology to the extent that the only thing they believe in is social justice and most of the members are old.   The dogma does have  a power to it if it is believed.

Sounds more like Green addiction than genuine growth to me. A good rule of thumb is that anything which contradicts rationality and science should be thrown out, the rest can be kept. You don’t have to go to the extreme of replacing father, son and holy spirit with mother, daughter and holy spirit. Christianity should remain in touch with its 2000 year history.

The other alternative is to just dump it and go back to our “pagan” roots.  The people who want to reform christianity still have an emotional attachment and don’t want to let it go.  If you don’t have that attachment, there are better alternatives.

Just give me simple explanations for as to why it literally cannot be true

Edit;

Christianity: You are not God, God is God and you are in his image, in a defiled one.

You must accept Christ to ascend to Heaven. Most of Humanity will burn in hell eternally because God wants to glorify himself. Sin is real.

Satan is the ultimate deceiver. My concern is that Satan is deceiving us with new age spirituality and the belief of being God. I.e. Leo's 666 lamp, whilst he claimed that lamp means literally nothing in Christianity it is the mark of the beast.

I had psychosis from this that's why I am concerned. Thanks

You can do both. You don't need to choose 1 or the other.

I love Leo's teachings and I love Christianity. I love both.

I read Christian books, listen to Christian music, go to church every Sunday ..........and still watch Leo's videos. haha

Christianity has some gold mines of wisdom that you don't get from non-duality/new age/spiritual circles.

Some Christian books are more calming than a meditation retreat. haha

What you really need is freedom from fear.

Fear leads to psychosis.

Fear based new age teachings can lead to conspiracy theories about aliens or dark secrets in the government that make people loose their mind.

Fear based Christian teachings can lead you to nightmares about demons and hell.

When you are freed from fear...... you can learn from Atheists, you can learn from Christians, you can learn from New Agers, you can learn from Pyschologists, you can learn from Philosophers, etc.

Right now, you are actually scared of Christianity.......

You think you are scared of Leo's lamp.... but it's actually Christianity that is scaring you.

Find ways to be less scared of Christianity.

What helped me with psychosis is reading books like "I Hear His Whisper: Encounter God's Heart for You" from Brian Simmons..... or watching sermons from Christians who were more loving, kind, and more Christ-like.

And what helped others is watching a ton of Atheist videos that debunk Christian theology....which reduces fear. There are some Atheists who debunk demons and hell very thoroughly.

It's interesting how fear can play such a big role in shaping our beliefs, whether it's fear of hellfire and damnation or fear of being deceived by worldly influences. But you know what? Finding that freedom from fear is key.

Judgement is a major obstacle if used unwisely. It can be used to justify avoiding aspects of ourselves that we hate, thus masking that as Love. This is the pattern I observe with all fundamentalist ideologies.

@KatiesKarma be careful assuming that Christianity is what jesus wanted. Another question is this; do you think god is a Christian lol. Nope.

He isint serious about any religion and neither should you. Sure still use it but it ultimately doesn't matter as much as you think it does. Jesus was most likely a real person but he is simply a past version of you. You are jesus.

1 John 4:17

"...as He (Jesus) is, so are we in this world."

You will have to die like Jesus did and you will be reborn...or, "born again" as God
