Most people use a romantic and sexual attraction to feel a security in there relationships while this is unwise as its unlikely to last, she then says to shift that attention to the tribe (family, friends, everyone).

Security is a solid connection with another person that you support and they support you. Reliable Team work. Real Friendship. 

With family and friends of high integrity you get that security from them and give that security to them.

The issue is its extremely hard to find a tribe unless your already born into one.

Green unlocks that sense of tribe and willingess to support anyone they meet, its unhealthy when they get taken advantage of by needed people, when they learn from this mistake they balance there personal needs with there tribe support and build a healthy expanded family.

She makes some good points but it’s a bit lacking as far as practical solutions.

The reality is that society is not structured around tribal living and will probably not be in our lifetime. It’s not clear how that would even work given the complexity of the modern world.

Unless you’re going to be a Green hippie living in an intentional community, you’re going to have to continue living in a non-tribal society. Which means you need modern, non-tribal solutions for your dating / social needs.

The best approach is to figure out what your needs are and delegate them to all different kinds of people in your life. Don’t just rely on your partner for everything. Teal has another video on resourcing people that would be relevant here.

In the long-term, sure. More community living is probably a good thing so people are less lonely. But that transition is going to take decades to accomplish, if at all. In the mean time, people still need to date.

Anybody with an ounce of integrity, self-respect, or concern for their health wouldn't last a day at a place like that.

It's mostly, unhinged, desperate people that are drawn to and participate in those kind of communities.

Like @StarStruck said, it won't be the people you're attracted to giving it out either. The women that are there wouldn't even give it out fairly either, it would only go to the peak males. Then the system would break down as the weaker males get violent with each other and sabotage the whole thing or start raping people.
