3rd chakra

I just went to yoga class where she focused on the solar plexus and I realized that that's the Chakra I'd like to work on right now. 

Does anyone have any tips or techniques or daily practices to open and balance the third chakra?

Build a daily habit of letting go muscle tension in your body and expecially around that area. Basically always when you remember it, do it. While you wait somewhere etc. Also breathe to that area to boost effects. Tell me how it works.
