That's duality.  Plus you are demonising the mind .

If the mind was not important ..God would not have created it . The point is not to get rid of the mind but to accept it as part of yourself. And know it's limits so you should not ask existential questions such as "why the hell there is something rather than nothing?" Don't expect that you can find an intellectual answer . But you need a healthy functioning mind for everyday life .

As Alan Watts once said "without a mind you wouldn't know who's sho6e to wear in the morning "?

nothing said here is duality and no demonizing whatsoever merely clarifying  ... mind is what brings duality and there isn't duality

who said mind is not important? it paints a pretty picture and tells you that's what is

it has you under its thumb and you think it cannot  be otherwise

what mind paints mind taints

what you need to understand is that mind cannot know the truth, talk about it or explain it ... it is outside its capabilities

it's a basic little toy that man has elevated to supreme status
