@Actualising

Edit your post to be more expansive and keep in mind that not everyone knows what you're refering with "massive action" so include some video link or other explanation to it too. I am saying this JUST, because otherwise you'll not get good answer if not at all and thread locked on top of all that.

Who told you that "others" are real?

So basically what you’re asking is can you be mindful while taking massive action and being productive. The answer is so obvious. Owen Cook is telling you that your definition of meditation is limiting.

Be fully present and engaged with all that you do. Sitting on your ass, chanting a mantra, counting your breaths and the rest of it is all bullshit.

“Our most valuable resource is not time, but rather it is consciousness itself. Consciousness is the basis for everything, and without it, there could be no time and no resource possible. It is only through consciousness and its cultivation that one’s passions, one’s focus, one’s curiosity, one’s time, and one’s capacity to love can be actualized and lived to the fullest.” - r0ckyreed

Yes. If you are flowing and you build up a nice momentum, it's going to feel like you are meditating while acting or doing. Which is, of course, illusory. There is no real doing or acting. You are already and always in a meditative state. But let's say there are levels, degrees, or frequencies where this is much more obvious. If you indulge in something that you really enjoy and love, the work you put into it will not feel like work at all. You will lose track of time, etc. On some point, you will inevitably enter that flow, that meditative state.

Yes, that's a practice worth developing. Any action can be done as a form of meditation, regardless of state and environment. It doesn't come naturally, it takes mind control, constantly paying attention and being mindful.
