Preliminary chamber is over. All the evidence in the case were in fact taken legally. 

The trial can finally take place now. The dates are not yet confirmed, and is subject to appeal from Tate.

His best bet is to escape to Russia at this point. He would say some stuff like he was repeatedly targeted or something while the reality is that law is catching up to all the crimes he did all the way from 2016.

The new set of charges would mean he would be in jail for atleast 2 months. Then the restrictions would slowly ease like we saw in the first set of charges. By then he could escape. That's definitely a possibility. He fucked if he stays there to be frank.

But if he messes up the escape then it would be really over for him. The ease of restrictions are contingent on the assumption that he wouldn't escape.

But yeah he could escape. He would definitely be thinking that right now.

He's always saying outlandish shit, so whenever they charge him he can't point to that and say 'they don't like what I'm saying and they're trying to silence me'. 

He's cooked, the amount of charges, even if he gets off some there's so many from different countries. I'd be surprised if he doesn't flee at some point. I think his restriction of movement was put back to just Romania, so it would be harder to flee.

Tate released after the 24 hours. Its so crazy to me that people are still defending this guy, hes literally on camera admitting to everything hes being accused of. Whats worse is that a lot of the people defending him are anti-establishment and think every rich person is a pedophile but theyre literally protecting a sex trafficker who most likely was in a relationship with a 15 year old who worked for him

I thought they would put him in jail again, but they already went through the whole process so the judge limited it to house arrest. But being burdened with legal troubles is a nightmare as much as spending time in jail.

Because he has good PR. Romanian law enforcement has literally zero pr.

The investigate, file charges and do their job according to the standards set by law. They don't have a social media presence. Infact all developments of the case are officially on their website, in Romanian. So no one bothers to follow it and Tate's bot army muddles the waters with their own propaganda. He has set up teams dedicated exclusively for this.
