☆The relaxation process to access the 5 sheaths:

1. Relaxation is the removal of muscular pressure/tension by causing the sense of bodily stationariness. 

2. Stationary means to be rigid without the perception of trembles in the muscles. Aleister Crowley figured this out and many never understood what he means by trembling the waters.

3. Becoming aware of the space around one's body will require extreme sensitivity. This is not Visualized. In fact, one must remove Visual mental and Visual Verbal pop-ups in thy mind. How? By ignoring them. 

4. Forget the breath: Attempt to relax a muscle/limb without moving it at all! You should hear a 'BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM'. HAHA Anahata.

5. Never leave thine asana. Control thy will with love and placing adoration in thy brain!
