There are tons of talentend people in prison for example.

Perhaps. Need to realize talent and morality has no relation. And to begin to relate it in the first place is a very untalented and immoral way of looking at existence, for the simple fact that it is not true.

True.

But the correlation between motivation and idealization of the person with said talent, is more often than not the summarized conclusion. And therein lies the problem regarding alot of young peoples motivational sources.

Then make it about the talent itself and make sure to bring other examples if you want a clearer message beyond pointing to a specific individual.

I guess what you mean is be savage, ruthless, etc. Cultivate tough love ruthlessness to life. 

I think it falls under the paradigm of mastery, skill set and having the Go Getter mentality. And not worry about social rules as it hinders masculinity and keeps you feeling you can't do things. This is more about David Goggins sort of stuff.
