If consciousness is all there is, and I am that, what aspect of Me is controlling the experience I have?

a side question to that, can consciousness be manipulated for a specific experience?

There is no control even in lucid dreaming. Your actions in lucid dreaming are driven by thoughts and intentions that arise out of nothing, it's just happening. Scripted. There is no control inside god's imagination/dream
