I'm tired of being distracted by women

I mean...I love women. I love sexuality. I love sex, beautiful, smart women. I love females voices.

But...

I can't help but be aroused by women.

I'm listening to this spiritual teacher right now and as much as I actually care and listen about what she says, I feel weak when I see her beauty.

I also can't help but imagine having sex (not literally, more like a physical thing) when I see a woman.

Uuuh I hate myself.

On one hand everybody thinks about sexual thing, on the other hand I know the situation of women must be really hard to live, being prey to all those men, staring and all. I feel ashamed yet I also sometimes feel like I shouldn't be ashamed to look at beauty? (i'm not insisting by any means or harassing or whatever, never ever)

I love and hate this sexual energy.

Edit : sometimes I don't even feel like it's sexual I guess? Just feeling "weak"? Not sure how to explain it.

Jesus, what are you? A Mórmon missionary on 2 years celibacy? There is no need to feel ashame by feeling atracted by beautifull women. What is the opposite option? To feel repeled by beauty? To feel atracted by uglyness? To feel impotent? This contradictions just suck energy. Have sex if you can, fap if you wish, replenish your OJas with good food and keep going.

Give it a try.

There's no need to feel bad about being aroused by beautiful women, and there's no need to paint women as victims of lecherous men (women are sexual beings who love to have sex and frequently get frustrated when men they are attracted to don't take initiative with them.)

Those are both unhelpful beliefs.

However -- there is no doubt that porn and fapping has negative effects on you -- because it makes you WEAK...HELPLESS...OUT OF CONTROL...NOT THE MAN YOU COULD BE.

Try becoming the man you COULD be, then see how your attitude towards women changes.

In the very least, try for a realistic goal such as eliminating porn and reducing fapping to once a week, or whatever it is you think you can manage with effort.

It's just honesty. Embrace it.

If you see a person that arauses the sexual energy just allow it to enter you without any resistence and give it total permission to be there and you will see it woll transform into appreciation and love. It will transform lust into something beautiful and pure. Just love and appreciation. Just like appreciating a flower. Like that you can appreciate another human being. And it will not be offensive then. Plus women like to be appreciated i heard.

if sexual needs are not adequately addressed and satisfied this won't be solved

this isn't women being triggers for arousal this is about not attending to one's needs and appetites

the latter needs to be addressed before leaving the house

walking around in a state of perceived deficit will cause one to view women unhealthily

fix the root problem or have concrete steps in place that deal with it for example be socializing with and dating women on the regular

?Ye I fully relate to this, then youll start imagining having a relationships with her and go into a side story in your mind, alternative life.

@BojackHorseman One way that is pretty effective is to try to imagine yourself as a woman, try to see her perspective, all sexuality and sexual tension drops when you do that. Tits stop being a big deal. 

Also, you should try constantly to focus on other aspects when you deal with women, other than beauty. It makes you more able to control sexual urges

Thanks for the perspective. Our Ancestors did certain things not cuz they were bad humans, but cuz they had a different environment and values.

Today it's unlikely that we go back if I look at most big countries. So men have to learn to handle this too, we will do it as we ever did. But it would be good if we could talk about problems without being labeled a misogynist. For example I work in company of roughly 90 people, a lot of Software Developers. As of now: 0 Women. If one come in the company, they expect a specialstatus. We get paid a bonus by projecthours, which can be hard if you have not much to do. The women would prefer, generally speaking, a gov Job where you punch the clock and get always amount X with annualy +5% and a raise of 12% every 5 years. I would not believe it at 20, but it makes sense. Men and Women at 20-35 have different priorities. Men: Work, Women : Family.
