Why Does Leo Believe This Would Not Work

I'm watching Leo's video about Andrew Tate.

At one point he says that it would be difficult to find girls for your webcam business. 

He ridicules also the idea that you would DM girls on instagram...Why though??

I think that if you approached like 1000 girls on instagram there would be quite a few who would be interested in the money opportunity. Let's assume that you were not going to pimp them out or exploit them. Just offer them a fair business opportunity.

Am i missing something here?
