Yes you are correct. I was wrong. Although I still think there's no need to stop using "I/Me/My". If one is getting frustrated by the use of these words it looks to me that one still identifies too much with their relative self.

As long as you're clear on what those terms are referring to, why not use them? You can be pragmatic.

Each of us must grasp who and what one is for oneself, existentially.

After a kensho my teacher stopped using these words for a while. It didn't do much and he reverted back some time later. I'm sure there's merit in it but I think not being attached to the meanings is more important than bypassing the use of the word.
