It’s not really negative per se although it can be a bit existentially worrying in some moments. I’m quite open , I don’t agree with conventional views on mental illness. Maybe psychosis, whatever it is, could even be healthy, some kind of purging, i don’t know

@Sugarcoat Whatever a fixed label or idea you have about any particular image that holds a very special meaning for you, gently stop. Become very adept at seeing how all pointers/symbols can be recontextualized. 

Recontextualize in the direction of more selflessness more connection with self.
