Everything you do,think in life adds up if you do weak things, think weak things, not grateful in what you have, dont work on yourself then when you get into a situation you are sum of all the things you did prior.

If you think quality,do quality work everyday on making your mind tougher through senting it stronger messager/stronger actions then it will add up in same way negativity adds up..

With time you should be tottaly calm in situations because you dont feed it material to use againts you..

By doing hard things.

When you get hurt or life doesn't go your way, open up yourself even more in the face of hurt/pain. This is the ultimate way to build resilience because it makes "bad" experiences good. Most people close themselves off, this kills resilience.

When you have enough life experiences of pain/challenges and you facing them/opening up even more, etc. You build resilience.

Cause I was contemplating that and answer came which I have put it in the starting of this post. By the way @Leo Gura could you do another video about being positive.

Find or give yourself a way forward.  If you live with trauma putting immovable obstacles in your path or impossible weights on your shoulder, you'll feel every little thing that you can never get away from, and all you can do is thrash and curse and scream in place without a way forward.  Trauma forms in layers, and you need to resolve it all.  Resolve trauma, and resolve trauma, and resolve more trauma, until you get down to the immovable and impossible that's stopping you.

It's frustrating.  You'll go from -10, to -9, to -8.5, and it always feels the same because it's always negative, you might look better on the outside but you still feel stuck, until that day you go from -0.5 to +0.5.  The absolute difference won't be any more than you've already experienced going from -8 to -7, but the qualitative shift from minus to plus will change everything.  That's your way forward.  That's resilience.

To become more resilient takes many points. In fact, the list of attributes or points that are needed could be endless.

For instance, you need to have goals. With clarity, you can then achieve your objective more easily.

And you also need attributes like commitment, belief and perseverance. Be passionate and go all in.
