I have watched a lot of videos of this fitness channel:"Renaissance Periodization" on you tube, that I recommend, with this huge doped bald bodybuilder.

Than I discover he also has a philosophy channel:  https://www.youtube.com/@MikeIsraetelMakingProgress    is 38 years old, he was born in Russia, he has taken mushrooms many times, and works in Las Vegas, AHAH! Reminds me of someone...
