whos to say the mind knows more than intuition

Have you ever made an informationless decision? What about direct wisdom, which illuminates the mind without being informed by it?

The mind is useful for long term planning and being strategic with goals, but as you are running about your day intuition processes information at a much faster rate than the conscious mind and especially in social situations where you have to proccess so much information every second,

I don’t know what intuition is. I feel I have a very good grasp of the mind compared to people outside of spiritual groups. Yet under the control of the mind I don’t understand the mind well. 
 

So my point is I can’t really define either to compare them.

@ChrisZoZo id say intuition is naturally acting without 'deciding' what to do. I mean there is no you to decide but their can be mental grasping and ruminating and gives a sense of 'deciding. control is an illusion

Both play their role. One should not be put above the other, imo. Use the mind for what it's meant to do and intuition for what it's meant to do.

You wouldn't say: 'listening to an audio book is a faster way of processing information than reading words in a book, so I don't really need my sight, just my hearing.' 

It's just about learning to utilize things properly. And intuition is still kind of a mysterious thing to us, so we have to be careful and patient. I would say it is a form of a higher intelligence, yes, but is easily confused with other voices that are speaking to you. If you still carry a lot of baggage with you, chances are you won't hear your intuition very clearly, or at all. It becomes clearer and louder after you've already done some significant work on yourself.

Intuition is a soul thing. Your soul acts on an intuitive nature it dosent think it understands and acts it dosent have to think because its immortal why second guess yourself if you are god. Thoughts only muddy the intuition but its scary to move with full intuition because its hurt you in the past
