My review:

Been listening to this pretty much every day for a week. The focus music is somewhere between chill instrumentals and binaural beats. It works well for working. There's "creative flow" and "deep work". 

They also offer meditation and reading music which sounds a lot more like binaural beats as they're stronger. 

The beats do get me into the right states, quite happy with the app think I'll continue using it.

I also like the recharge function. If you have worked all day long put that 1h before you finish work. I have found that if I do that I don't have headache fatigue. They say that it's because they aid the brain to enter into a state of non-work, I really don't know but I'm a huge fan of the recharge option. Also the nap music is interesting and useful
